Family Advent Activities
5:30AM - 7:30PM every Wednesday from November 29th to December 20th

Every Wednesday evening during Advent we will have supper and activities for children of all ages and their families. Supper will be served from 5:30PM-6:00PM followed by worship and activities from 6:00PM-7:30PM. This year we are doing Songs of the Christmas Story: Traditional Carols That Tell The True Story of Jesus’ Birth. The program weaves together the scripture readings and the history of some of our favorite Christmas songs through storytelling, singing and fun activities!

     November 29th: Joy to the World!
     Bible Point: God has a plan.
     Key Scripture: Isaiah Talks About a Savior King (Isaiah 9:2-7)

     December 6th: Silent Night
     Bible Point: God’s plan is surprising.
     Key Scripture: Jesus Is Born in Bethlehem (Luke 2:1-7)

     December 13th: Angels We Have Heard on High
     Bible Point: God’s plan is for everyone.
     Key Scripture: The Angels Visit the Shepherds (Luke 2:8-14)
     December 20th: O Come, All Ye Faithful
     Bible Point: God’s plan is something to celebrate.
     Key Scriptures: The Shepherds Tell About Jesus’ Birth (Luke 2:14-20; John 1:12, 14)
